The trick is to take it 2 times a day for a week and gradually you’ll be in the mood more. This will be a staple in my house.I love the slightly nutty flavor! It does seem to provide a bit of a libido boost and works pretty quickly. The best form of maca I’ve tried- the capsules don’t absorb well enough to be effective, the powder was gross and unpalatable. This is perfect!I felt results with the first time I used it, and it doesn’t taste bad!I have purchased this brand maca root a few times and the only one I will continue to buy. You can feel the energy right away and it also has helped me with libido. I take two dropper fulls for a serving and let it absorb under my tongue instead of swallowing it. I keep the maca root in the refrigerator. It has a great earthy sweet taste.this product is great for helping with PMS and regulating periods. my last 2 periods were late and i took this and within 2 or 3 days, my period came on. also it helped with my mood swings and other PMS symptoms. finally found something that helps me to not feel crazy anymore. a little expensive for maca but so worth it.Only been using for a couple days, so far so good! A little miss leading, definitely thought I was getting 4oz.
