well I have taken this product for a week now and it's seemed to help with the energy level for I have noticed that I am not feeling as tired during the day and feel more rested when I wake up. I feel a little more invigorated is the best description for I am more active during the day and at almost 70 that's a bonus. also there is no aftertaste after swallowing the capsules.
