Awful. Used for about two weeks and once in my system I started to get sick. Had a reaction to the stuff. Could only eat crackers and chicken noodle soup until it was out of my system. I was actually vomiting the stuff up. It was awful. But because it happen to me does not mean it will happen to someone else.
