I love and trust Gaia as a supplement supplier first and foremost. I started taking maca when I was trying to get pregnant at the age of 42 (I got pregnant! Healthy baby! Yay!) but for some reason I stopped taking it in recent years. About a month ago it came back onto my mental radar and I immediately bought this and have been taking a tsp daily in my smoothies and OH MY GOD HOW DID I LIVE WITHOUT THIS????
